Where are your products made?
Our products are hand-poured in Los Angeles, CA.
What wax is used in your candles?
We use a soy blend wax in our Classics Collection candles.
As of November 2021, in our YOU + YOURS candle, we transitioned to a coconut wax blend. Earlier this year we decided we wanted to have full control of our raw materials, due to the shortages we were seeing in the industry. So in January of 2021 we started testing wax blends, with several wicks, to find the best combination that would offer a smooth burn and a strong hot throw. After almost 20 iterations we finally settled on a coconut wax blend because we love the luxurious look, feel, and performance and we think you will too!

Now + Again also uses the coconut wax blend.
What oil is used in your perfume oils?
We use high quality MCT oil in our perfume oils to nourish the skin.
How long do your candles burn?
Our 10-ounce candles burn for approximately 60 hours
How long do your perfume oils last on the skin?
Our perfume oils stay strong on the skin for an average of 4 hours, although they may last longer. Feel free to re-apply throughout the day as needed.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be cruelty-free!
Are your products vegan?
Yes, our candles and perfume oils are vegan and do not contain animal-derived products.
Are your candles "clean"?
Our candles are considered "clean" and do not contain phthalates, sulfates (SLE), parabens, formaldehyde, mineral oils, MIT/CMIT, or animal-derived products.
Our fragrances also meet SEPHORA Clean standards.
How strong are your fragrances?
Part of our mission is to bring you balanced fragrances. Because of that, we'll never have a candle with heavy notes that stand out among the rest. However, we do think all of our candles have a medium to strong hot throw, but of course, strength is subjective.
In our Classics Collection, Smoke + Mirrors would be our strongest fragrance while Wild + Free would be the most light. If you have any feedback on the strength of our candles we'd love to hear it! Email us at email@example.com
How do I prevent my wick from smoking?
Make sure to always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before you light it. This will make for a steady flamed and an even burn. See more burning tips here.

How will I know my order was confirmed and will be shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order within a few minutes and a separate email with tracking info once your order has shipped.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order within a few minutes and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Items are not immediately shipped once tracking information is sent, please allow 1-3 days to process your order.

What is the method of shipping?
We use USPS to ship our products.
How long will shipping take?
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order and 1-3 business days for shipping within the U.S, time may exceed for Hawaii and Alaska. Due to the high volume of orders during product launches and sale periods, we may experience a delay in shipping.
What is your return policy?
We currently don't offer returns due to the nature of our products. If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to email@example.com and we will happily replace it for you.
Do you offer refunds on damaged orders?
If your order arrives damaged we will replace it for you. If we don't have the inventory to replace a product, you will be refunded for that damaged item.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
What do I do if I have an issue with an order?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and QuadPay.
How does QuadPay work?
When you checkout with QuadPay, your total order amount (including tax and shipping) will be split into 4 interest-free payments spread out over 6 weeks.
When you get to the checkout page, you simply need to select QuadPay as your method of payment and you will be redirected to the QuadPay site. Once there, you will be prompted to create a QuadPay account (if you don't have one) and enter your debit or credit card information. At this point, you will also be given your payment schedule so you know when the following 3 payments will be charged.
You will then be redirected back to the Dyad Candle site so you can see your order confirmation page. You will receive both an order confirmation from Dyad Candle as well as a payment confirmation email from QuadPay.
You will see QuadPay appear on your bank statement, not Dyad Candle.
