How will I know my order was confirmed and will be shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order within a few minutes and a separate email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

We use USPS Priority Mail to ship our products.
How long will shipping take?
Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order and 1-3 business days for priority shipping within the U.S, time may exceed for Hawaii and Alaska. Due to the high volume of orders during product launches and sale periods, we may experience a delay in shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. If your item arrives damaged please email email@example.com.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged and we do not have the inventory to replace it. If applicable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
